Corfe Castle Night Photography

Shot in an eerie mist, under the moonlight whilst looking over the stunning village, located in Dorset.

Corfe Castle is the name of the village and the castle itself, and is near Swanage in Dorset.

Although the castle is now ruins, being deliberately damaged on Parliament’s orders back in 1645, during the English Civil War, due to the then owner being a Royalist supporter, it is a Grade I listed building and a Scheduled Monument and well worth a visit. The village is also worth visiting.
