Scotland photo tour covering Landscape and Astrophotography exploring the very best of the Scottish Highlands.
Our Scottish Highlands Photography Workshops offer landscape photography, landscape astrophotography, and Northern Lights photography when possible. Travel across Scotland taking in the best of the Central Highlands, Isle of Skye and Torridon, Wester Ross, and the far North Highlands on this photo tour.
About Photography Workshops on the Scottish Isles
Landscape Astrophotography tuition is delivered to the group in a structured step-by-step workflow as part of the fieldwork sessions when skies are clear. Full landscape photography tuition is also delivered to group members that require it, however, having some landscape photography experience is highly advantageous on this photography tour. Having a good understanding of shutter speed, aperture, and ISO, alongside experience of using your camera in manual mode/aperture or shutter priority is mandatory for this workshop. The workshop has a strong emphasis on night photography, always putting possible Northern Lights displays and photography, and landscape astrophotography first where possible; though naturally there will be an abundance of landscape photography opportunities as clear skies are not guaranteed.
