Aurora – Subarctic

The sub-Arctic region is a transitional zone located just south of the Arctic Circle, characterized by cold, harsh winters and short, cool summers. This area spans across parts of Canada, Alaska, and Northern Europe including Iceland, and Russia, the landscape is dominated by boreal forests, also known as taiga, and vast stretches of tundra. The sub-Arctic region falls in perfect alignment with what is known as the Auroral Oval (the common Aurora fallout zone), making it perfectly situated for viewing the Northern Lights.
