Northern Lights over the Arctic Hendge in the far north east of Iceland.

The Arctic Henge (Heimskautsgerðið) in Raufarhöfn, Iceland, is a fascinating blend of modern art, ancient mythology, and natural science. Located in one of the most northern and remote villages of Iceland, just off the Arctic Circle, the Arctic Henge is a discontinued project inspired by Norse mythology and the unique natural light of the region, and actually looks more eerie incomplete to the original plans.
