Botallack Milky Way

Already an iconic location in Cornwall, the filming of the TV series Poldark in and around the Botallack area brought it even more renown.

Botallack Mines (Crown Engine Houses) stand under the Milky Way, on the west coast of Cornwall. Although a couple are in ruins, the engine houses can still be visited and there is an interesting visitor centre there – a must for any Poldark fan!
